Console Wars

To put it quite simply, the "console wars" can be defined as a battle between all the game consoles on the market to be dominant. The most recent console wars, being the same brands for the past three generations, involve Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo, all powerhouses in their own right.

Another famous example can be the classic Sega Genesis vs. Nintendo S.N.E.S. (Super Nintendo Entertainment System). Let us go more in depth to this rivalry in the console wars.
