5) Microsoft Edge
Made in 2015, by Microsoft, this app shows to work well with almost all websites. It doesn't have the most favorable layout in the world, but overall it works, and that is what counts. You can also make 'web notes', so if you're reading you can make annotations. It also has developer tool options. Overall, we give Microsoft Edge, an 8.5 out of 10.
4) ActivePresenter
Made in 2008, owned by ATOMI Systems, this is one of the best screen recording software out there. With no watermark, or time limit, and you can also choose the quality of your video. Though, exporting may be a little lengthy, when we tested it, it came out to be 10-20 minutes export time for a 10 minute clip. The reason we choose this over more well-known popular screen recorders like, Bandicam, or Icecream, is because this is more advance, for free, though pretty similar in quality to Bandicam videos, this gives a better editor, with no watermark. We give this an 8.7 out of 10.
3) Windows Movie Maker
Made in 2000, by Microsoft, soon will be updated from the 2012 version, and will be released in the Microsoft Store, this gives you professional looking videos, for no cost at all. It comes with effects, opening titles/closing titles, credits, and many other options. Though, it doesn't offer any sample photos, video, music, or narration to the program. It works well with the current versions of Windows, which is always a plus, and is stable. Its pretty basic, and easy to use, so even if you are beginning, or a professional video editor, this program is great. We give this program a 9.2 out of 10.
2) CCleaner
Made in 2003, originally Crap Cleaner, now known as CCleaner, owned by Pirform, this program provides to be quite helpful on the average computer, helping speed up processes after using the internet. Besides the manual updating, this software is great, and everyone should probably have it on their computer. It is also useful in removing programs, finding duplicates, and a few other useful things. We give CCleaner a 9.7 out of 10.
